JR Family Fa La La La La 2023 Contest Rules
- The “JR Family Fa La La La La” contest (hereinafter: the “Contest”) will run from Friday, December 1st, 2023 until Friday, December 22nd, 2023.
- This Contest is only open to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada, and who have reached the age of majority. A contestant under nineteen (19) years of age or older must have a parent or guardian who is at least nineteen (19) years of age or older to claim any prize.
- For the chance to play the Contest, listeners must listen for the JR Christmas Song of the Day as selected and announced by the station, then text the word “GIFT” followed by name and city to 604-280-9370. Standard Message rates apply.
- The JR Christmas Song of the Day will be different each day and will be announced on-air by the hosts multiple times each day as well as available on the 93.7 JR Country App which is free to download.
- If a Christmas song is played in an ad or promotional spot, it does not count.
- At each entry period, a qualifying texter will be picked at random and called at the number they texted the station with. The selected entrant will then be awarded a gift which will be randomly selected by the host and unwrapped live on air.
- If a selected entrant does not answer their phone, the phone goes to voice mail or if the telephone connection between the station and a caller is not clear, such that the announcer and/or caller cannot hear each other or the caller is disconnected, that caller may, in the sole discretion of the station host be disqualified and a new random texter will be selected.
- You may only receive one (1) JR Family Christmas gift per household during this contest period and you can not exchange your gift for a different gift.
- Some gifts may need to be claimed in person from the 93.7 JR Country Office.
- Winners will only be awarded their gift once eligibility is confirmed, and they have signed off on a prize release.
- In addition to these Contest rules, Pattison Media’s general Contest Rules also apply.
- All decisions of the Contest Organizers or those of their representatives regarding this Contest are final and binding.
