You now know where to *dream* about buying a home one day if you get a serious case of the winter blues (or just flat out dislike all the rain Vancouver famously gets). Recently, Environment Canada dropped some handy data that actually shows the average precipitation levels the Lower Mainland gets. Those levels drop when you go…south! Surprise, surprise….
So what does that mean? It means that the sunniest place to live in Metro Vancouver is Tsawwassen! If you live there already, you experience the least amount of rain. The area that gets the MOST amount of rain is North Vancouver.
Brb, driving to Capilano to get a free car wash and then moving to South Delta.
