Josh Ross to Release Debut Album, ‘LATER TONIGHT’ in September
Josh Ross’s career has been on a rocket ride in recent years, cementing his place as one of the most exciting voices in country music today. In 2024 alone, he collected 5 CCMA Awards including Entertainer of the Year and received the prestigious Jeff Walker Global Country Artist Award at the CMA Awards.
And this year, the accolades kept coming! He took home his first-ever JUNO Award for Country Album of the Year for ‘Complicated’ and just achieved a major milestone on U.S. country radio with his first No. 1 hit, ‘Single Again!’ The first Canadian male artist in nearly 30 years to hit this; joining an elite crew, Paul Brandt and Hank Snow.
With over a billion streams and counting, it’s clear Josh Ross’ raspy voice, honest lyrics, and insanely catchy hooks are really hitting home with fans everywhere! He’s been busy on the road too, sharing the stage with major acts like Nickelback, Brantley Gilbert, Bailey Zimmerman, and Luke Bryan. Most recently, he wrapped a Canadian tour with Jelly Roll and is set to join Dylan Scott for select dates this fall!
Well Josh dropped some exciting news… he’s releasing his debut album, ‘Later Tonight,’ which comes out September 19!
The album includes already released favourites like ‘Leave Me Too,’ a fresh take on Akon’s hit ‘Right Now (Na Na Na)’ called ‘Drunk Right Now’ featuring Akon himself, and the belt in your car anthem ‘Hate How You Look.’ Now he just dropped the title track, ‘Later Tonight,’ and if that’s any clue, the full album is going to be on repeat nonstop!
