Thomas Rhett Announces “Mini Residency” In Vegas!
Thomas Rhett is heading to Vegas this December!
The “Die A Happy Man” singer announced the news of his upcoming mini residency in Vegas to Instagram on Tuesday (June 25th).
The intimate four night residency will be taking place in the BleauLive Theatre inside the Fontainebleau Las Vegas on Dec. 6th, 7th, 13th and 14th.
The show titled “Thomas Rhett: Live in Las Vegas” promises fans a unique experience, unlike anything he’s done before.
“For me, having the chance to set up in Vegas for a string of shows is something I’ve been trying to find the right time to do for a while now, it gives us the chance to be back in smaller rooms — for almost a mini-residency — and really be right there to play off the fans and be sure every single one of them is on their feet each night.” Rhett said in a statement about the upcoming Vegas residency.
The news of his upcoming residency comes just weeks before he releases his 7th studio album.
His new album “About A Woman” is set to be released on August 23rd. The album takes inspiration from Rhett’s wife of almost 12 years, Lauren and his 4 daughters.
Rhett has released upbeat singles “Beautiful As You” and “Gone Country” off his upcoming album.
When asked what we can expect on the album Rhett shared his kids wanted “slappers, and bangers only” sharing his kids request for the new album.
“I started this record last April with the mission of making my kids want to be able to dance, not that they haven’t on my last records, but they like to skip the ballads, we put one ballad on this project, which is like five less than I normally have ever done.” .
