Thomas Rhett Announces New Album and Releases New Song
Thomas Rhett is back with some new music!
The “Marry Me” singer announced his 7th studio album “About A Woman” on Instagram last week. Rhett hasn’t released an album his “20 Number Ones” album back in September of 2023.
“I’ve been working on this since last April and I can’t wait for y’all to hear it. I genuinely think this will be y’all’s favorite record of mine. 14 tracks that put a smile on my face – I hope they will do the same for you.” Rhett says in his Instagram announcement.
The Album is set to be released on August 23rd. Rhett released his new single off the album “Gone Country” on Friday.
In addition to the song release Rhett also released a visualizer staring his wife Lauren.“I feel like if you were to ask me what this record is about, the answer would be it’s about one woman, my wife, and it gave me an opportunity to say ‘I love you’ in a lot of different ways,” He shared when asked about his upcoming album.

Thomas Rhett and his wife Lauren have been married for 12 years in October!
The couple first met in elementary school. They we’re good friends and dated in high school. They ultimately broke up in their teens and got back together as adults.
After 6 months of dating the pair got engaged and tied the knot back in October of 2012. The couple share 4 daughters together, Lennon Love, Willa Gray, Ada James, and Lillie Carolina.
