Mark your calendars – BC Parks’ new reservation service launches on Monday, March 21st!
According to BC Parks, this new website has “more flexible search options to find and book a campsite” as well as “handy maps, calendars and lists of available sites for quicker navigation.”
The system is available to preview, so you can explore the new features and create an account (Discover Camping accounts will not be transferred over).
Frontcountry and backcountry reservations will be available on launch day with a 2-month rolling window, while groupsite reservations will be available as of March 24th.
Unlike previous years, the locals-first policy will not be in place for this camping season. So make sure you’re all ready to go at 7 a.m. on March 21st. Good luck!
