The Fresh Prince is All Edgy in the New Trailer for “Bel-air”

In 2019, Fresh Prince of Bel-air fan Morgan Cooper created a fake trailer for a fake reboot that turned the west-Philidelphia-born-and-raised sitcom into a drama. Everyone, including Will Smith, loved it and that started the ball rolling for a real drama remake.

It’ll debut on the NBC’s Peacock streamer right after the Superbowl…check out the trailer for “Bel-Air”:

Might work? “Riverdale” made the Archie comics emo, so maybe?
