Pallet Coffee Roasters are a locally-owned, specialty coffee roaster with a mission to provide the community with exceptional coffee experiences. They are a full service roastery, café, and restaurant operator, and wholesale partner to several businesses throughout Vancouver and Canada. For many years now they have supported the Vancouver Food Runners, a local charity which rescues surplus food. They also support the WISH foundation, local school fundraisers, plus all their cafes permanently provide free coffees to all emergency and healthcare personnel.
