Clay & Karen Sleep Around In The Desert: come bunk down with us at STAGECOACH!
Karen and I started Sleeping Around in 2012.
Yep. We wanted to do something we’d never heard a radio show do. So for “Clay and Karen Sleep Around” we spent the night in a listener’s house then did the morning show from THEIR kitchen table. Those listeners were the fabulous Stewarts of Abbotsford and they’ve been good friends of ours ever since Dallas Smith joined us for their sleepover.
Since then we’ve done “Clay & Karen Sleep Around at Karen’s House in Phoenix with George Strait”, “C & K Sleep Around At Work” and “C & K Sleep Around with Garth Brooks in Calgary”… and each time we’ve had killer adventures and made great new friends with the listeners who slept along.
Now, from April 26 – 30th, we want you to come along for our most epic sleepover yet: “Clay & Karen Sleep Around in the Desert” at Stagecoach Festival in Indio, California. Two pairs of listeners will sleep with Karen, Graeme and me (well, within 50 feet) for 4 days and ALL THIS MUSIC:
I KNOW, RIGHT?! To give you a taste, here’s one of Stagecoach’s latest videos…
OK. So to say we’re stoked is an understatement. Now have a look at the house where you’ll be sleeping with us…
And yes, we’ll be doing our show live from that poolside the Monday morning after the festival with YOU as our special co-hosts. Karen, Graeme and I are sort of pinching ourselves that we get to do this and even more excited to take 2 pair of amazing JR Family members with us. If you’d like to Sleep Around with us in the desert, fill out the entry form here.
Tip: we’ve read hundreds of entries so far and they’ve all been good BUT we’d like to see you go farther to REALLLLLY sell yourself. This is a rare and intimate way to experience one of the best festivals on the planet so we really need to know why you’d be an awesome “sleeper in the desert”. (In fact, if you entered in the first 3 or 4 days we encourage you to enter again and add some DAZZLE). This is one time that Sleeping Around will be a story we’ll tell for years…
Let’s get some sand in our bedsheets y’all!
Cheers,
Clay
