A marketing firm in Japan has come up with the idea of giving non-smokers extra vacation time.
They figure smokers spend roughly 15 minutes, multiple times a day, smoking at work and to compensate those who don’t smoke, they’re giving them 6 extra paid vacation days. The CEO of the company says it will hopefully get smokers to kick the habit, and also reward people who don’t smoke.
