Garth Brooks Releasing Live Album From World Tour
Garth Brooks has hinted at a new live album before, but it sounds like it’s officially underway.
Garth has revealed something previously during his weekly Facebook chats, Inside Studio G that recording was taking place.
“Get your singing voices ready, because it could be for forever,” Brooks shared via Facebook Live. Brooks current world tour will surely make for a memorable album.
He’s released live albums before, including a two-disc set called Double Live in 1998, recorded during his 1996-1998 world tour. Double Live went 21 times platinum and remains the best-selling live album in any genre, ever.
Brooks has been breaking records on this tour, too, and he’ll help christen a new venue in Atlanta soon as the very first performer to play at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. He and Trisha Yearwood will bring their show to the area on October 12.
Brooks is on the last few months of his three-year tour.
